What to expect on you first visit

We appreciate that you've chosen to entrust your health care to us, and providing our patients cutting-edge medical treatments in a compassionate, comfortable, and dignified environment is of the utmost importance to us. Upon arrival for your first appointment, our friendly staff will help you check in and will ask for picture ID, your health insurance card, and co-payment, when applicable. After your initial check-in, we will ask you to take a seat in our comfortable waiting room to fill out new patient forms and review our practice policies and procedures.

 

Once you are checked in, a clinical assistant will introduce themselves to you and escort you to your exam room to discuss the details of your visit and take the time to answer any questions before you meet with your health care practitioner.

 

Your first visit will include a relaxed face-to-face interview with Dr. Levy in her office. During this meeting, you and the doctor will discuss the goals for your visit and review any questions or concerns that you may have. After this initial meeting, Dr. Levy will escort you back to your exam room and give you time to prepare for your exam. After the exam is complete, Dr. Levy will take the time to review your exam and discuss next steps and treatment plans with you, when applicable.

 

At the end of your visit, you will have the opportunity to ask more questions and schedule your next appointment.
