Positive first surgical experience

I can’t thank you enough for the numerous positive experiences of my first surgery. My experience with the first surgical opinion obtained from another healthcare facility was daunting causing much anxiety and trepidation. My first visit to your office alleviated much anxiety with soothing music in the waiting room, information provided, the exam, your time to listen to my emotional issues and helpful suggestions thereto, Kay’s calming touch and information provided. I appreciated your candor, quick thinking, and recommendations in support of my well being. I left your office with 100% confidence I made the right choice. My confidence was validated by the personal touch you and your team provided as it alleviated my anxiety and insomnia and I believe benefited surgery.

 

My experiences at St. Francis Hospital were equally comforting and reassuring. Every hospital employee (and there were many) that knew you were my surgeon highly recommended you and reassured me that you are the best at what you do. I was comforted and amazed when you took the time to rub my feet and personally provide a warm blanket for them as well! Hearing you say that The A Team is involved with my surgery was most reassuring. From the moment I entered the operating room, the soothing music eased my mind as I lay upon the table. I was able to relax more when I saw an all female surgical team (even though I knew a male doctor was to assist). I appreciated that you took the time to awaken me to inform of the oxygen. To top that off, you applied it as well! It truly helped me to feel confident about what was to come. I am grateful that you took the time to see me almost immediately upon awakening. The elation I felt when you delivered the good news of your surgical expertise remains with me to this very day.

 

You and your team truly provide medical care that defines the promotion of well being.
