Medication refill policy

If you need a refill from a local pharmacy we ask that you call your pharmacy and have them fax a request to our office. We will respond to all refill requests within a 48-hour time period.

 

If you are requesting a refill from your mail-in pharmacy, we ask that you call our office and request a written prescription for you to mail to your pharmacy or call that pharmacy and have them fax us a refill request.
